本規約は、superhimax（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS アプリ「Packombo」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。本アプリの使用許諾には、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）が適用されます。
「Packombo Pro」は買い切りの App 内課金で、シーンの数の上限をなくします。購入は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、返金は Apple の定めに従います。同じ Apple アカウントでは「購入を復元」で再度利用できます。
本アプリの改変・リバースエンジニアリング、法令や公序良俗に反する利用を禁止します。
本アプリは持ち物の準備を補助するものであり、忘れ物がないことを保証するものではありません。データは端末内にのみ保存されるため、端末の故障やアプリの削除によりデータが失われることがあります。開発者は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者の故意または重過失による場合を除き責任を負いません。
開発者は、本アプリの内容や本規約を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。本規約を変更する場合は、このページでお知らせします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
Use of Packombo is governed by these terms and by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Packombo Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that removes the limit on scenes; purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, and you can restore the purchase on the same Apple Account. Packombo helps you prepare but does not guarantee that nothing is forgotten. Your data is stored only on your device and may be lost if the device fails or the app is deleted. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
